At Ann’s Yoga Lounge we take your privacy seriously and look after the information that you share with us.  We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors and clients.  

No computer system or information can ever be fully protected against every possible hazard, but Ann’s Yoga Lounge, our website host Wix and booking system Bookwhen are committed to providing reasonable and appropriate security controls to protect our website and the information contained within against foreseeable hazards. Information we collect and how it is used 

We receive, collect and store any information you may voluntarily enter on certain pages of our website, such as you submitting your contact details or messages.  We also securely process your bookings (and if you choose payments using Stripe) though the Bookwhen platform.  Any details provided via Bookwhen are used internally for the purpose of booking a space in class and paying for your classes. This is held by Ann’s Yoga Lounge and we will not sell, share or rent this information to any third party.  If you have opted into membership of our information newsletter, you may cancel participation in email newsletters by emailing annsyogalouge@gmail.com with the subject ‘unsubscribe’.

Information you provide will enable us to respond to any enquiries you may post on the website.  Personal and non-personal information may also be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to improving our services, delivering promotional messages, direct mail and sales contacts.  

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages and page interaction information. We also collect any comments, feedback, product reviews and recommendations you may provide.

We may contact you to share information about events and products, to keep you updated on new things, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, and to send updates about our company. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.  You are free to cancel these communications at any time by contacting us at annsyogalounge@gmail.com.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com online platform.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications.  All data is stored on secure servers behind a firewall.

Booking is via bookwhen.com. All direct payment gateways offered by Bookwhen and used by our company are compliant with the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council.

 

Cookies 

Where services are delivered on the internet, this sometimes involves placing small amounts of information on your device (your computer, mobile phone or tablet). These include small files known as cookies. They cannot be used to identify you personally.  Ann’s Yoga Lounge is hosted on the Wix.com platform.
